Dave McLennan is a business coach and executive sales consultant who helps entrepreneurs and business owners innovate solutions for complex challenges, with a particular focus on automating systems and processes with a fundamental approach of getting back to the basics. Drawing on nearly than three decades of hands-on experience, he specializes in turning operational chaos into scalable, efficient businesses.
His career began getting serious in both real estate appraisals and Residential New Construction across Las Vegas and the Phoenix metro area before focusing exclusively on construction as a licensed general contractor and co-founder of D2K Construction Services, LLC a General Contracting company. As market conditions shifted, Dave adapted by building one of the largest REO and property preservation operations in Phoenix, working directly with major banks and asset managers. He then pivoted to providing these services to investors, flippers, and hedge funds. That grew into not only providing rehab and construction services but also into acquisition and procurement of discount properties. He later purchased a cash-home-buying business that that was a defunct non-performing “We Buy Ugly Houses” office and through his application of systems and process’s became a top-20 HomeVestors franchise and went on to found ExitNest Inc., an early cash-buyer search platform.
